Governor Palin isn't an idiot, she isn't weighing down the McCain ticket, and she hasn't been a disappointment. Unlike McCain she's articulated a fiscally conservative economic philosophy and has demonstrated an aggressive defense against Democratic narratives. McCain is to blame for his falling poll numbers.
